We are seeking an experienced

Civils Site Manager

to oversee a large-scale multistorey car park project in Guildford. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical civils background, with specific knowledge of power, water, and data cables in the ground. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all civils works on site. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met. Provide technical expertise on power, water, and data cables installation. Monitor project progress and report to senior management. Requirements: Strong technical civils background. Knowledge of power, water, and data cables in civil projects. Proven site management experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Job Type: Fixed term contract Contract length: 5 months
