To provide landscape design and landscape management services. To prepare plans, illustrative material and graphic presentations. To liaise directly with clients and to take clients’ instructions. To undertake site survey and analysis work. To undertake landscape design work as instructed by clients and senior members of staff. To present design ideas to clients, planning officers or other interested parties as instructed. To undertake LVIA and ZTV work and prepare relevant reports for inclusion in Environmental Statements. Use of GIS software essential To prepare reports or other supplementary information in support design work. To prepare landscape management plans. To prepare Specifications, and Contract Drawings and to administer contracts for the implementation of landscape works as directed. To promote the Company and to market the Company’s services. Maintain a programme of CPD. To undertake general office administrative duties and office housekeeping as directed To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested. Requirements
Degree and/or Masters in Landscape Architecture Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or working towards Chartership. Minimum of 2 years experience in the public or private sector Excellent written and oral communication skills Self-motivated with a can-do attitude Team player Full driving licence and use of own car Benefits
