Overseeing the installation of new equipment, championing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Improving machine availability, up time, and operating speed while maintaining cost control within a healthy maintenance budget. Managing safety, quality, team leadership, maintenance schedules, budget control, spares management, and KPI reporting. What You'll Bring:
