Key Responsibilities:
Developing tender documentation tailored to specific scopes and contract strategies, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Conducting tender evaluations, managing commercial and technical assessments, and finalising contract terms.
Facilitating meetings such as clarifications and kick-offs, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Administering contracts accurately, including amendments and variations, working closely with technical teams.
Chairing contract reviews, producing actionable minutes, and ensuring timely completion of follow-ups.
Preparing and coordinating tender board documentation, maintaining a high standard throughout.
About You:
Proven experience in a similar role within the offshore oil and gas industry.
Strong understanding of subcontracting and commercial processes from tendering, contract negotiations, to close out.
Familiarity with supplier performance management.
A degree in Business Management or Legal disciplines (preferred).
