Warrior Square Dental Practice, an independently owned, modern dental practice located in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, is looking for an Associate Dentist to join their welcoming and professional team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fully equipped, computerised practice with a strong emphasis on both NHS and private dentistry. Position Details: Full or part-time role: 2-5 days per week Surgery hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm with a 1 hour lunch break UDAs available: 2000-6000 UDAs at £14.50 per UDA Start date: Available as soon as possible, notice periods considered Clinical Freedom: Associates will have full clinical freedom to manage their treatment approach Key Features of the Practice: Huge potential for private treatments: High demand for Invisalign, whitening, implants, smile design, and cosmetic procedures Established patient list: Inherit a solid patient base from day one, including NHS, Practice Plan, and Fee-Per-Item patients Growing private capacity: Opportunity to expand private patient list with a significant demand for cosmetic dentistry Two In-house Hygienists: To help you maximise your clinical time with private patients Comprehensive clinical services: Short-term orthodontics, implants, cosmetic dentistry, and endodontics available. Additional skills are welcome! State-of-the-art facilities: 3 modern air-conditioned surgeries, CBCT 3D scanner, digital X-rays, rotary endo, and microscopes. Fully computerised with Pearl software. On-site and external referrals: For implants and endodontics Supportive team: Work alongside a dedicated Principal Dentist, Experienced dental nurses and support team and visiting Implantologist.
