The role will involve working with a friendly and committed team operating in a fast-paced environment and it will be based in the factory, where personal and food safety is paramount. Supporting the maintenance of production equipment. Routine maintenance and repairs, with the aim of ensuring the safe running of the factory. Involved in preventative maintenance schemes, breakdown repairs, site services and improvement/capital projects. Working with the operators and managers to solve problems and implement changes to improve safety, quality, availability and reduce cost. Employee Benefits:

We are three Food Manufacturers in one company. We produce Jordans Cereal, Ryvita and Dorset Cereal products. We bake cereals and bars on site in our Biggleswade factory. The site has packing and processing equipment that require continuous improvement, maintenance and repair.
