Role Overview Rapiscan is seeking a Training Data Analyst focused on regulatory data-driven analytics, customer performance, financial reporting, and revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging learning data, customer insights, and market trends to enhance training services and drive future portfolio expansion. This role will lead in identifying upcoming contract renewals and will provide critical analysis to support long-term business growth through enhanced training offerings, improved customer retention, and support new revenue streams. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain a suite of reports using Excel and/or PowerBI to measure training analytics, training performance, customer certification rates, and future opportunities. Obtain, review, and report on international regulatory training data to support forecasting future sales opportunities for training. Retrieve data from external partners and regulatory bodies; cleanse and update in a format which can be presented internally meeting regulatory and legislative requirements. Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner. Use data from various systems to obtain training contract renewal data and develop advanced reporting that identifies upcoming opportunities. Provide monthly financial data, detailing performance against budget and areas for improvement in collaboration with corporate finance and global service. Create and run weekly and monthly reports on upcoming customer certification expiry, liaising with the business development and training operations teams. Evaluate customer training performance data to measure customer engagement, knowledge retention, and overall satisfaction. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform decision-making processes. Ensure timely production of reports to deadlines. Demonstrate commitment to self-development, undertaking professional development training as required. Qualifications At least 5 years’ experience as a Training Analyst, Business Analyst, or Service Analyst role. At least 3 years’ experience in creating financial reports and/or dashboards for executive management review. Experience in extracting data from various educational/service systems. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in using Dynamics 365 would be advantageous. Ability to plan work without close supervision and manage a range of projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong IT skills including comprehensive knowledge of a variety of software packages. Excellent organisation and time management skills.
