Due to continued growth and expansion, my client who is based in Chesterfield have an immediate need for
UPVC Windows & Doors Estimator and Sales Manager
to join their team in the Windows, Doors and Conservatories division working on both commercial and domestic properties, including new build and refurbishment. The Role / Skills / Experience required: In depth experience using Logikal, producing estimation sheets & quotes Knowledge of Senior Architectural Systems, Metal Technology systems preferred Knowledge of fabrication, production, glass and installation is essential The ability to accurately take-off drawings and specifications Produce high value tenders covering all aspects of curtain walling, windows and doors. Ensuring quotations are submitted professionally and accurately to reflect and demonstrate what has been included. Ability to maintain & develop professional relationships with clients. Work with the design and fabrication teams on project handovers and regular production meetings You should be confident, reliable and a team player. Excellent time management and negotiating skill are required You will require a positive 'can do' attitude Ability to work to strict often tight timescales / deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and ability to 'think outside the box'. Self-motivated with the drive and enthusiasm to succeed Experience in the construction industry is a necessity to understand construction tender drawings. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Attend tender sales review meetings Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-2:30pm. Benefits: Casual dress Company pension On-site parking Salary:
GBP45 - GBP55k + Bonus dependant on experience
