As our Software Developer (with experience in both Java and C++), you will: Develop quality software to business specifications. Participate in the software development life cycle. Investigate issues in the software when they occur and fix them. Maintain CI/CD pipelines. Support our applications in all environments. Ensure development best practices are followed (Clean Code, Clean Architecture, code reviews). Actively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients. What do we value: 4+ years of commercial experience in Java and C++. Demonstrable understanding of modern C++ and Core Java, including STL, OOD/OOP. A practiced user of LINUX command line and scripting. A good understanding of the Agile process. Proficiency in design at system and component levels, with the ability to take ownership of features. Good troubleshooting skills and able to eventually join the support rota. Experience in or willingness to learn distributed, low-latency, highly-concurrent systems will be a plus. Great English communication skills as well as collaboration skills and strong teamwork mentality. You must be fluent in English. What do we offer?
