Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including functional, non-functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Work closely with project lead, developers, and business stakeholders to align testing efforts with business objectives.
Analyze requirements, create, and review test cases and test plans.
Execute manual and automated tests and document test results.
Analyze and document errors and collaborate with the rest of the team on successful resolution
Identify and implement improvements in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and test case management.

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance as a Test Manager and test analyst/tester (experience with Microsoft Dynamics products and Business Applications would be a huge bonus!) Experience in evaluation, design and implementation of testing strategies Knowledge of test methods and test tools as well as agile software development processes. Experience with test and ticket management systems. Confident communication in Englishand Polish (knowledge of German is an advantage but not necessary). Knowledge of tools and technologies like Azure DevOps, Rest API testing etc. Openness to a hybrid way of working. We meet in the Katowice office weekly. About Cluster Dynamics
