Category: IT & Technology
A Software Developer is needed to join our team at RedTitan on a full-time, remote basis. While the role is primarily remote, you will need to attend office meetings a few times each month, so the ability to commute to our location in High Wycombe (HP11 1JU) is required. As one of the UK's oldest IT start-ups, we specialize in delivering digital document and printing solutions to major companies worldwide. Despite our global reach, we maintain a small-company culture where every team member plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. We are seeking bright, enthusiastic software developers. Your current programming language or tech stack matters less than your eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges. We offer flexible working hours and empower our team members to take charge of their career paths. If you're excited to grow and learn, we encourage you to apply—even if you don't meet every requirement listed. About the Role

As a software developer at RedTitan, you'll contribute in two key areas. Part of your time will be dedicated to maintaining and improving our existing desktop applications, while the rest will focus on innovating and shaping the future of our products. You'll primarily work with C# and Delphi to write and maintain code. All UK-based team members, including developers, participate in regular in-person meetings to plan, design, and review company goals and tasks. Required Experience

Experience creating desktop applications. Experience in debugging low-level problems. Desirable Experience

Experience in OOP languages, such as C++ or Delphi. Experience in procedural languages, such as C or Pascal. Experience in version control systems, particularly SVN. Experience designing intuitive UI is a huge plus. Benefits

Company pension. 20 days holiday plus UK national holidays. Remote-first working. Flexible schedule with core working hours. Opportunities to take control of your career direction. If this sounds like you, click
