Mobile and New Games Data Team , part of the Global BI Team at Wargaming. We ensure all things data run smoothly for mobile and new game titles, covering everything from data integration and pipelines to ELT processes and insightful dashboards. We design telemetry, guide data modeling, and turn numbers into actionable insights, helping our teams harness the power of data to build amazing games. Reports to Director of Mobile and New Games What will you do?

Dive into massive player datasets to uncover insights and solve real business challenges. Team up with product teams to track event performance, optimize game operations, and improve player experience. Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau or Periscope to visualize key metrics and trends. Design data models that support and streamline the work of Game Analysts. Share your passion for data by giving demos, hosting talks, and mentoring teammates and others in the company. Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced results-driven environment. Who are we looking for?

Several years of hands-on experience in analytics, ideally in gaming. Proficiency in Python. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets. Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS or GCP. Excellent communication skills to present complex data in a clear, actionable way. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Passion for gaming and curiosity about what makes games successful. Ability to work in a centralized data team supporting multiple products, rather than focusing on a single game. Flexibility to adapt to varied tasks and thrive in a dynamic, agile environment. What additional skills will help you stand out?

Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, BigQuery Airflow, and dbt. Experience in mobile marketing analytics or a basic understanding of the field. Work mode
