To manage the Business Systems Team on a day-to-day basis, providing support to the group’s subsidiary companies, two of which are located on the same site and one near Tewkesbury. The Business Systems department’s responsibilities include: Product testing including Factory Production Control testing Product Auditing Process Audits Administration of Company’s I.T. systems Training (Environmental, Manual Handling, Noise etc) Create and update SOPs for subsidiary companies Health & Safety, working alongside the Safety Officer to ensure the safe running of both sites You will not be expected to have experience in the above as training will be provided. You will need to be willing to play a hands-on role within the department and must be an experienced people manager. Full clean UK driving licence and use of vehicle essential.
