Electrical Supervisor - Fast-Expanding Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our clients fast-growing company. They are a dynamic and forward-thinking business in Portsmouth, with a full order book and a commitment to delivering high-quality electrical solutions to their industrial clients, with projects from 300,000 - 3million.
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams of 2-10 electrical workers on a variety of industrial projects. You will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Most of the work is local to Hampshire but you will need to be prepared to work away when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and organising electrical installation projects
Supervising and managing teams of electrical workers
Ensuring that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with electrical regulations
Inspecting and testing electrical installations
Liaising with clients and project managers
Ordering and managing materials and equipment
Must be prepared to work away when needed
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified electrician
SSSTS or SMSTS
Proven experience in supervising electrical installation projects
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What we offer:
Competitive salary of 45,000- 50,000 (dependent on experience)
Van and fuel card
Paid overtime at 1.5 times the basic rate
Hours 8.00am-4.30pm
