My client, a prominent player in the property and construction consultancy sector, is looking for an Intermediate/Senior Building Services Engineer to join their team in Norwich, Norfolk. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a multi-disciplinary environment. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional engineering support in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) within the built environment, leading projects from conception to completion with a focus on technical and budgetary excellence, liaising with clients to define project specifications, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Your Expertise: You will bring to the role a degree or master’s in Engineering, ideally with Chartered Engineer status or working towards it, and membership in relevant professional bodies. You should have a full driving licence and vehicle access, a proven track record in meeting deadlines and delivering quality engineering solutions, and proficiency in relevant software such as IES, Amtech, AutoCAD, and Revit.
