Contact existing customers regarding their Life Insurance inquiries generated through various business channels. Deliver high-quality telephone-based Protection advice directly to consumers. Skills Required: Financial Services experience. Experience in working to sales targets & KPIs. Previous experience in a telephone-based position. Strong customer orientation and engagement skills. Motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Committed to personal development and progression. Strong organizational skills to maximize productivity. Working Hours: Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday 9am-6pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm. (There is some flexibility within the Mon-Thursday pattern provided hours are met, and after probation, a conversation around hybrid working can be considered.) Apply Now!
