Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing team specializing in a diverse range of projects. The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in delivering schemes ranging from £70K to £1M , with total package values of £4.5M throughout . You’ll manage costs, contracts, and value engineering across projects that include:
Car parks
Housing developments
Other civil and infrastructure works
While candidates from any construction industry background are welcome to apply, a background in civils or main contracting is preferred, as these provide an excellent foundation for overseeing projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cost estimates, valuations, and procurement activities.
Manage contract administration and ensure compliance.
Oversee financial reporting and monitor project profitability.
Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure successful delivery.
