KBR is looking for a Senior Specialist – Autodesk Systems Support for Revit/BIM360/ACC. Overview: Autodesk provides a portfolio of applications used across a wide variety of business sectors within KBR and in many companies worldwide. The expanded usage in these areas means we are looking to expand our support team to help with the increased demands associated with this increase in usage and the expanding Autodesk portfolio of applications, especially in the field of Revit/BIM 360 and ACC. A Senior Specialist is required to provide support for the implementation and use of these applications by KBR engineers, clients, and 3rd parties. Responsibilities: Day to day activities may include: Support Autodesk Applications on new/existing KBR projects including but not limited to Revit, BIM360, ACC, plus others like AutoCAD, Navisworks. ACC/BIM 360: Creating, configuring projects, and managing user access. Revit support, installation configuration, and customization (e.g., creating families) and dealing with best practices and training. Recommend standard procedures and best practices and provide training. Be able to demo software and best practices to internal as well as external clients. Answering day to day queries and issues from end users. Problem-solving users' problems with software installs and any day-to-day issues logged. Core Competencies: Managing, monitoring, and reporting license usage. Work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards. Initiative to learn and share with others in a global team. Mentor others and lead by example. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to troubleshoot implementations in a systematic way and bring in technical aid as needed. Desired Competencies: Creating and maintaining scripting software installs. Carry out automated and ad hoc data reporting. Good scripting knowledge (PowerShell, or similar). Good knowledge of one or more programming languages (LISP, VBA, .Net, C#). Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System (Windows 10 and/or Windows 11). Good knowledge of Windows Server features. Knowledge of report building (e.g., PowerBI). Knowledge of a relational database system such as SQL Server and associated SQL scripting skills. Previous knowledge or experience with other similar CAD systems such as Bentley Microstation. Experience in using a large global ticketing system such as Service Now. Education: University/College degree in Computer Science or any Engineering field. Relevant field experience and obtained skills might in some cases make up for lack of University/College degree.
