Permanent Production Supervisor
on behalf of our esteemed client, located in
East Renfrewshire, Scotland . Key Responsibilities:
Organise work areas and allocate tasks to operators Ensure adherence to assembly processes and safety procedures Train operators on safe working methods Monitor product assembly and packing for compliance with standards Manage the CIMPAC Business Information Management system Perform daily stock corrections and request stock from other sites Monitor and provide feedback on staff performance Suggest improvements to systems and procedures Conduct Return to Work interviews Other duties as directed by management Ideal Candidate:
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively What We Offer:
2 week rotational shift pattern
with early finish on Fridays for dayshift, and a 4-day working week on backshift 39 days holiday , including a 2-week shutdown over Christmas Salary up to £41k , depending on experience This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a supportive, innovative, and dynamic environment.
