CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Data Centre near Slough as part of a team on site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance. The successful candidate will have an understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in Electrical Maintenance of a commercial building or a Data Centre. Hours of Work
Shifts: Days and nights 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am Pay: £24p/h paid via umbrella or CIS Duration: Ongoing temporary role with potential to be temp to perm Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc.) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors AHU's / FCU's Water Treatment - Tap Temps, Flushing, Log books Requirements
City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical 17th or 18th Edition Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing Data Centre experience advantageous Please send your CV to
