We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Environmental Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations comply with environmental regulations and sustainability goals. Develop, implement, and monitor environmental policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Conduct environmental audits and assessments. Identify and mitigate environmental risks associated with manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainable practices. Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies. Provide training and guidance to employees on environmental best practices. Stay updated on the latest environmental regulations and industry trends. Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in environmental management. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification in environmental management (e.g., ISO 14001).
