PSD-0368-24 We seek a talented and highly organised individual to take on the dual role of PA and Student Mobility Administrator in our fast-paced and varied team for a minimum six-month period. Reporting to the Director of ISE and working within the Principal and President’s Office, you will work with both students and colleagues across the RVC and beyond to support the delivery of the RVC’s Global Engagement Strategy and strategic partnerships goals. This role will make a significant contribution to the effectiveness of the RVC’s international work by the management of international student mobility operations and through your strong support of the Director. You will communicate and collaborate effectively and will already have experience in executive support and some experience of customer-facing operations; possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and to manage your own workload. Key responsibilities include: Complex diary management Liaising with internal and external colleagues and key stakeholders on behalf of the Director of ISE Drafting communications Supporting Committee meetings Arranging travel and events Budget and expense management Managing the RVC’s Turing scheme and other academic exchange and study abroad programmes Liaising with students, colleagues and external exchange partners Performing a range of other administrative tasks as required This is an opportunity to enhance your talents in a long-established higher education and research institution which is committed to improving animal and human health.
