Site Services Manager

to join our team at

Ruskington site. Shift Pattern:

Successful candidate will be responsible for leading the site services team. In your role, you will ensure the receiving, issuing, and maintaining of stocks within the stores area via the Arolink stock system are completed correctly, oversee that all material intake checks are completed against documented standards and specifications, and empower others. The Site Services Manager will lead their team to ensure stock levels are correct and ensure that materials are issued in use by date order, ensure external storage of supplier equipment is managed, and assist with all site services daily jobs. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to demonstrate the following skills & knowledge: Ability to communicate effectively and lead/motivate the team. Flexibility and ability to implement changes. Commercial and business awareness. People management skills. Planning and organisation skills. Experience in a warehousing/goods inwards environment and management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods organisation. Understanding the relationship between a large multiply and their suppliers. SAP and Arolink experience desirable. The role is crucial to the efficient running of the site, and therefore you will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills when liaising with internal departments and external contractors and have a flexible and proactive approach to ensure the overall needs of the business are met. Ideally, you will have direct experience of working with food processing and packaging equipment; however, familiarisation training on this specialist equipment can be provided for the right candidate.
