Provide technical expertise and be hands-on in all aspects of design, build, deployment, integration, and maintenance of world-class customer-facing secure platforms.
Employ and adapt industry-leading techniques and best practices to suit customer challenges.
Work within existing monitoring, observability, and security frameworks to achieve our customer’s requirements. Integrate products, building end-to-end solutions to meet customer operational needs.
Execute against the project technical roadmap/delivery plan. Identify design changes, improvements, and updates required to keep in line with product support lifecycles.
Undertake self-development to broaden knowledge in new technologies outside current skillsets.
Build and deploy network and infrastructure management and monitoring tools with strong knowledge of SNMP, syslog, and IP networking.
Experience in multi-vendor applications deployment and product integration, e.g., with security tools, directory services, and backup solutions.
Experience in building systems and applications to hardened security standards, along with producing high and low-level design documentation and build guides.
