What you will be doing: Maintaining and performing minor fixes on Ricoh printers across both Bedford and Luton Hospital. Ensuring customer equipment in the designated customer base is in good working order through the daily and weekly supply of consumables, e.g. paper, toner and cards, in order to maximise machine up time and ensure customer satisfaction. Feeding back all relevant data to Head Office, within set deadlines to keep both the Company and the customers' records accurate. Management and control of site stock to minimise stock losses. You will ideally have: Good working knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering. Full UK driving license
(essential) Ricoh product knowledge (desirable but not essential). Good interpersonal skills. Good customer handling skills. Proficient in maintaining control equipment on site, e.g. card readers.
