Graduate Structural Engineer Wendover REF: S0 66 Salary: Up to 30,000 My client, a successful multidisciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Graduate Structural Engineer to join their expanding team in Wendover. They are a well-established firm, recognised for delivering high-quality design solutions and excellent customer service. Their projects cover both public and private sector developments across the South East of England, along with key clients throughout Great Britain. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their professional career within a supportive and dynamic environment. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to a variety of projects, ranging from small-scale initiatives to large-scale developments. Key Responsibilities for the Graduate Structural Engineer include: Assist in the design, analysis, and detailing of structural projects under the guidance of senior engineers. Aid in the preparation of reports, technical drawings, and calculations. Work closely with architects, clients, and other professionals to deliver creative, practical solutions. Contribute to the coordination and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to building regulations and industry standards. Participate in site visits and inspections to support project development and execution. Collaborate with team members on a variety of engineering tasks, gaining experience in both design and project management. The Ideal Graduate Structural Engineer will possess: A recent degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent). A strong academic foundation, with knowledge of structural analysis and design principles. Proficiency in structural design software and Microsoft Office Suite. A keen interest in developing practical engineering skills and working towards chartered status. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and the initiative to take on tasks independently. A proactive approach to career development and professional growth.
