The Role:
Our client specializes in delivering high-quality residential and general building projects across the region. As a Trainee/Junior Quantity Surveyor, you'll support project teams in cost estimation, procurement, and financial control. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain exposure to all aspects of quantity surveying and construction project management.
About You:
A genuine interest in construction and quantity surveying. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills. Qualifications such as a BTEC, HND, or a degree in Quantity Surveying (or a related field) are a bonus but not essential. A background in construction with good commercial experience is equally valued. A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
