Perform a wide range of duties to include but not be limited to the following: Ensure safe and responsible working and full compliance to Company and Site safety procedures. Ensure all works are carried out in a productive and cost effective manner. Ensure site/plant priorities are addressed in a timely manner and support company/site initiatives. Maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety, Environmental Performance and Industrial Relations. Ensure acceptable level of performance from all workforce under your control. Ensure good 360° communications with trade teams. Uphold the Companies Purpose and BUK Life Saving Rules. Coaching and mentoring workforce, understanding Man hour targets and having clear roles and accountabilities. Ensure workforce are aware of required safety standards and Safety Works is adopted at a site level. Ensure a process of measuring and reducing rework. Where scopes of work change ensure these changes are captured and processed. Ensure time/allocation bookings are correct. Maintain links between all Sub Contractors. Forward thinking regarding resources to allow for execution of work packages. Ensure frequent and clear communications are maintained with sub-contractors and the client. Full IBA Shutdown officially starts in Feb and hours will be 6 days on, 10 hour shifts. Before event, there will be 38 hours/week with OT available on the lead up. Lodge and travel provided.
