You will play a pivotal role in the conception, design, and development of our next-generation products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and electronics engineers to create innovative and market-leading solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating disruptive technologies. Your Responsibilities: – Lead the mechatronics design process for NPD projects from concept development to final product realization – Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and specifications – Design and develop electro-mechanical systems integrating mechanical components, sensors, actuators, and control systems – Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and prototyping to validate design concepts and optimize performance – Perform detailed analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards – Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product functionality and performance – Collaborate closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless transition from design to production – Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the product development life cycle Your Skills and Abilities: – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. – Proven experience in mechatronics design role – Strong knowledge of mechatronic systems, including mechanical design, electrical circuits, control systems, and sensor integration. – Proficiency in 3D CAD software – Experience with simulation and modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink) for system optimization. – Familiarity with rapid prototyping techniques, such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and laser cutting. – Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to design and development challenges. – Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts.
