About the Company Our client is a leading engineering and construction services provider specialising in delivering bespoke, high-quality solutions across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, and industrial. With a focus on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, they are known for their innovation, technical expertise, and customer-focused approach. Due to an increase in demand and ongoing projects, they are seeking a skilled M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing costs and ensuring the financial success of various M&E projects.

Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for M&E projects.

Conduct risk, value management, and cost control activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage contracts, including financial administration and negotiations with clients and subcontractors.

Work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure project costs remain within budget.

Provide regular financial progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, specifically within the M&E sector.

Strong understanding of building services, mechanical and electrical systems, and cost control principles.

Experience managing contracts and working with NEC or JCT forms of contract.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
