Electrical and Electronic Design Engineer

to join our client's Engineering business in the North Dorset area team. As an Electrical and Electronic Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and designing electrical and electronic elements. You will collaborate with internal departments and customers to ensure specifications are met and will maintain accurate documentation for designs and schedules.

Responsibilities for

Electrical and Electronic Design Engineer

- Take responsibility for design development and use your initiative to drive projects forward - Design electrical and electronic elements - Liaise with customers and internal departments to confirm requirements and specifications - Maintain documentation for designs and schedules - Understand manufacturing in an electrical production environment - Multitask, managing multiple projects simultaneously - Provide innovative and effective solutions - Produce accurate drawings - Work within deadlines and budgets - Occasional PCB design

Qualifications and Experience for

Electrical and Electronic Design Engineer

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field - Proven experience in electrical and electronic design engineering - Familiarity with PCB design is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
