The Job Mission As a

Senior Quality Engineer , you will drive quality excellence across client projects, ensuring adherence to rigorous quality requirements in the nuclear sector. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance. Ensuring client and supply-chain compliance with quality requirements through robust oversight and auditing. Managing Manufacturing Inspection & Test Plans and Life-Time Quality Records. Leading quality surveillance activities at client and subcontractor sites across the UK and internationally. Facilitating non-conformance resolution and conducting root cause analyses. Supporting risk and opportunity reviews while embedding lessons learned. Leading supplier and internal audits to maintain quality benchmarks. Analyzing quality data to inform project management decisions effectively. Preparing comprehensive quality reports for stakeholders. My profile

Essential Skills and Qualifications Experience in nuclear or regulated sectors with expertise in quality management. Knowledge of ISO 9001, GS-R-3, and relevant standards. Process mapping experience. Strong understanding of quality tools (e.g., SPC, Histograms). Practitioner Grade CQI membership or equivalent. Engineering HNC/Diploma or apprenticeship in an engineering discipline. NDT qualifications (e.g., Level II/III in Radiography, Ultrasonics). Multilingual abilities, especially French. Why join the Switchers community?
