We are currently seeking a Technical Pre-Sales professional to join their team and help them continue with their success in the Optical Network and Transceivers market. Position Overview: As a Technical Pre-Sales professional, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will also collaborate with the internal teams to develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients Conduct in-depth technical discussions and presentations with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services Work closely with our internal teams to develop proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team during the sales process Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and content that highlight our technical capabilities Continuously improve and enhance our sales process by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering) Proven experience in a technical pre-sales role, preferably in a similar industry Strong knowledge of technical products and services, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences If you are a motivated and skilled Technical Pre-Sales professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this position.
