Production Team Leader Control Panels Stone, Staffordshire Competitive Salary (enquire for details) MERITUS are working with a fast-growing industrial consultancy looking for an experienced Production Engineer with a background in electrical manufacturing to take up a leadership role in their production team working on the build & assembly of control panels. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a production team in the assembly and testing of high-quality control panel solutions for critical infrastructure projects. In this versatile role, you'll oversee multiple project builds, ensure production milestones are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Supervise the assembly and testing of control panels across multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery. Train and mentor production staff and apprentices, fostering a high-performing team. Identify process improvements and implement solutions to optimise production efficiency.

Key Skills

Proven experience in a leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment. Background in the electrical industry with knowledge of control panel assembly and design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Teams. A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
