Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our clients operative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across the South East and London. The role requires the ability to work independently, a methodical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Working across our range of projects and clients both commercial and residential responsibilities include to - Install, maintain, and repair our electrical equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues related to systems. Carry out regular service inspections on existing installations to maintain optimum performance. Replace or repair any defective components. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and client interactions via the Company App. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties on-site. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and satisfaction . Qualifications Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or a similar technical role. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think under pressure. Organised and methodical around record-keeping. You must be a good communicator and committed to great customer service. Absolutely reliable, keen to learn and hard working.
