Embedded Software Engineer
where you will be responsible for the design and manufacture of Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPEs) and Thermal Imaging Technology for use within the Defence and Emergency Services sectors.
Essentials: Embedded Software C, C++ Knowledge of IDEs (Visual Studio, MPLAB etc.) Full product life-cycle experience Verification and Validation Unit testing Version control Practical experience working in a laboratory setting A fundamental understanding of electromechanical and electronics engineering drawings and device data sheets. Project documentation skills Good written and oral communication skills Fully computer literate
Desirables: Good understanding of engineering within a safety-critical industry Experience working to specific industry standards Microcontrollers (STM32 or PIC) Any modern IDEs SysML NPI Experience Design for manufacture experience
