In this specific contract position, you'll be working hand-in-hand with our dedicated automotive clientele. Due to the nature of the role, we will only be able to consider candidates with direct Automotive work experience. We are only able to consider candidates on an inside IR35 basis. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Debugging circuits and 8D at IQM level Responsible for diagnosing HV systems and Power Electronics Analysing battery charge systems and custom data Responsible for reporting back custom circuit data to team members and management What We Are Looking For:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively tackle engineering challenges. Excellent mathematical and computational skills to develop accurate models and simulations. Proficiency in using design and analysis software specific to power electronics applications. Ability to work collaboratively in teams, with excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly. Keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to design and troubleshooting. A resilient and enthusiastic individual who responds constructively to new ideas and inputs. A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas. An effective team player, actively develops and supports team members. An inquisitive and forward-thinking individual who wants to make a difference. It Would Be an Asset If You Also Have:

Ability to empathise with the engineering development process (ideally with some experience). Understanding of systems engineering process and differing levels of requirements. Self-starter with the ability to drive on workload. Ability to communicate with different levels of the organisation. PTS120 - Power Electronics + Data knowledge. Experience working with HEV and EV, 48v MHEV. Desirable: Using Vector software (CANoe and CANape) to log CAN data and analyse signals. Debugging and commissioning knowledge. Knowledge of carrying out fault finding to identify and document statuses. Taking part in full integration of all electrical content of REE’s platforms and vehicles.
