About the Role
We’re currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer for a key player in the UK Power Engineering industry, serving both industrial and commercial sectors.
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and commissioning generator sets and large engines for a range of customers. You’ll conduct a range of electrical inspection, testing, and commissioning tasks of generator sets and large engines alongside performing mechanical repairs when necessary.
About You
We’ll need a hands-on, skilled professional with at least the following:
City & Guilds 2832 (18th Edition).
Electrical testing/inspection certifications (2391/2 or 2395/6).
Proven experience in the generator or large engine industry.
Full UK driving licence.
Willingness to perform mechanical duties when needed.
Ideally, you’ll also have experience with Power Generation or UPS systems, alongside some familiarity with Control Panels such as DSE, COMAP, or Woodward.
