academy and with that involves: Being trained in fire, security systems through an accelerated graduation scheme Shadowing our senior engineers out in the field across a range of different sites Classroom theory work After 6 months (depending on how quickly you pick it up), you will graduate and be out in the field The ability to manage your own diary for the month Continuous training and development to get you skilled across fire and security aspects Manage your own work once out on the field
