CAMBERLEY
PERMANENT POSITION WITH SALARY UP TO £75,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
O'Neill & Brennan are working with a successful Tier 2 Contractor based in Surrey, who have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a permanent basis.
For this Quantity Surveyor role, you will be site based full time in Camberley, working on a £22m commercial project involving refurbishments and extensions, and oversee a Trainee Quantity Surveyor.
Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
Cost management
Price variations
Subcontractor accounts
This role will suit Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience and main contractor building experience.
