Fibre Optic Cable Engineers
of all levels for multiple sites based in Coleshill, Birmingham. We are one of the fastest-growing telecom companies in the UK with ambitious plans. We are looking for individuals who want to progress through the company into more senior roles to keep moving our brand forward. Key Responsibilities: Field-based role with excellent training, accreditation, and career progression. Previous telecoms, fault-finding, and cabling experience is required. Must have a full UK driver's license and transport as sites will vary across the regions. Commute to Coleshill (Yard) or direct to sites in Birmingham. NRSWA - Signing, Lighting, and Guarding (SLG) certification is preferred. Additional Benefits: Time and a Half paid (Overtime Rate). Company Pension - 8%. Life Insurance - 4 x Basic Salary. Disability Cover - 6 Months. Team/Gang Monthly Incentives. We have experienced and hardworking teams that are currently breaking month-by-month targets and need more assistance to grow and expand the operation. We also have opportunities for Trainees with Driving Licenses in the area.
