you will be tasked with analysing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various suppliers, as well as building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities & Accountability
Working as part of the project and management team to achieve the overall financial objectives of the project Preparation of tender documents and pre-tender estimates Preparation of interim and final accounts and securing payment Negotiation and agreement of final accounts Negotiation of contract terms and conditions Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes
The successful applicant will possess: A Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management or similar Demonstrable track record with some post qualification experience Previous experience both pre and post construction stages The ability to handle a heavy workload including managing multiple projects simultaneously A Strong commercial knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical disciplines Experience in the following would be an advantage: Background in engineering either mechanical or electrical Knowledge of rotating machines How to Apply
