We require Team Leaders

mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Harlow and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location. You must have: Experience of managing a small team Working independently or within a small team Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience Experience of using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc. A valid driver's license is essential The job: Mobile role working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites Working within a small team Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out Company van and mobile iPad are provided Vehicle checks The Company: A well-established grounds maintenance organization with a strong nationwide presence within the UK, offering training and development and rewarding hard work for our staff. We have strong core values promoting a good working environment for our people. Full PPE, tools, and equipment are all supplied. Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates. £30k-£40k + based on approximately 50 hours per week (unlimited overtime may be available at a premium rate).
