Senior Architectural Technologist

Outstanding opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join one of the West Midlands' leading practices, to be based in their office in Warwick, West Midlands. Featuring prominently in the AJ100, the practice has gone from strength to strength since being established over 30 years ago. The Warwick office features a close knit team of Architects, Technicians and Architectural Assistants. A Senior Architectural Technologist is now required to join the practice on a permanent basis to take the lead on large scale Commercial & Mixed Use projects. You will be working within a variety of sectors and project types, in areas such as; Residential, Education, Retail, Mixed Use, Offices and Industrial Units. The Senior Architectural Technologist required for this position will ideally hold at least 5 years of post qualification experience, and will have worked within a variety sectors in the industry. The position here will see you joining one of the "major projects" teams in the office, delivering complex projects on site on projects valuing up to £150m+. It's essential for you to have worked on large scale projects and be confident in a client and contractor facing position. Revit proficiency is essential for this role. The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist for this role will be able to demonstrate the following skills and characteristics: Exceptional oral & written communication skills. Show genuine passion and interest in the Architecture industry as a whole. Self-motivated and driven. Required qualifications and experience of the Senior Architectural Technologist as follows: Already achieved or working towards CIAT accreditation Architectural Technology degree or equivalent At least 5 years of post qualification experience, which will include job running on large scale projects. Software proficiency in Revit is essential. Job running experience on large scale commercial projects.
