Electrical Team Leader.

This role will be 70% hands-on and 30% completing management duties. The successful Electrical Team Leader will be responsible for looking after a team of 2 electrical engineers and an apprentice. Other duties include: Carry out day-to-day installation and maintenance functions on both single and three-phase electrical distribution systems. Preventative maintenance activities and general repairs across the site. Plan electrical projects, planned and unplanned maintenance activities. Performance Management of the Electrical Maintenance Team to meet project targets, KPIs, and encourage upskilling & personal development. Requirements for the Electrical Team Leader:

The Electrical Team Leader

must be apprentice trained. Electrically biased. Manufacturing background. Must have previous leadership experience. Benefits for the Electrical Team Leader:
