Data Security Lead

reporting to the

Group Head of Cyber Resilience and Operations

responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategies and solutions to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, loss, or breaches. You will have proven deep expertise in data protection technologies, risk management, and DLP tools. You will be working closely with various departments, including the Information Security Officer network, to identify data security risks, enforce security policies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will have knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and experience in a complex and evolving environment in regulated financial services across different regions and jurisdictions. Requirements:

5+ years of experience in data security, information security, or a related IT field, with specific experience in DLP solutions and strategies. Strong knowledge of DLP technologies, data encryption, data masking, and data classification methods. Proficiency in using and managing DLP tools and platforms. Proven ability to conduct data security risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies. Experience in handling data security incidents involving data loss or breaches. Knowledge of data protection regulations and standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail in identifying and addressing data security issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable. About FNZ: Our culture is what drives us.
