ERP Support: Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our ERP system (e.g., SAP Business One or similar). User Training: Provide user support and training to staff to enhance their ERP system knowledge. System Customization: Assist in customizing the ERP system to meet the specific needs of different departments. Integration Projects: Collaborate with the IT and operational teams to integrate ERP with other business systems and third-party tools. Data Management: Ensure accurate and secure data entry, reporting, and system updates. Technical Support: Provide general IT support within the office, addressing hardware and software issues. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system changes, user guides, and troubleshooting steps. What We’re Looking For
Education: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One) through coursework, internships, or prior work experience. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of databases, system administration, and business processes. Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the ERP and IT space.
