Responsibilities Configuration, commissioning and operation of complex networks and network components and lines (SDWAN, WAN, security) in close coordination with the customer. Main contact person for the customer for the technical implementation of the requirements. Error localization and troubleshooting in the network in 3rd level support including documentation including patch and release management. Responsible for the complete handover of installed components to colleagues in the Service Assurance team. Ensuring correct documentation in the order system with all relevant data for troubleshooting, operation and invoicing.
Required Skills: Exceptionally customer-focused. Extensive professional experience spanning many years in routing and switching within CISCO networks, including expertise in SDWAN, MPLS, and more. Highly proficient in contemporary LAN/WAN technologies such as SDWAN, MPLS, Ethernet, Routing & Switching, QoS, Security, among others. CCNA, CCNP and CCIE very desirable.
