We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Web Developer (.Net) in our clients IT Programme and Portfolio team, within their Sheffield office. The role is based in a team of developers working on a number of various websites. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of web development including project work, technical specification, development, documentation and unit testing.
Successful candidates will already have had experience building external facing websites using ASP.NET. In addition, you will need to demonstrate proven skills in C#, ASP.NET 2.0+ and enthusiasm for software development. Experience of Sitecore or other CMS, XML, XSLT or SQL Server 2008 would be beneficial. Candidates must have experience of working with external facing websites.
This role will be ideally suited to a motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working closely with other team members in a very busy department. You must be educated to degree level or equivalent. All candidates must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and have the ability to prioritise their work, show initiative and deal with changing time scales/work loads. This role would suit a logical thinking individual with a professional manner.
