Our client is looking for a hands-on team leader / manager for a newly created role in their Stockport office.
The role would suit someone who has a solid background in IT Support / Infrastructure, who would be comfortable managing a small team of 2.
The role will be varied and interesting, and suit someone who is comfortable dealing with people at all levels of seniority and contributing to IT Strategy as well as leading hands-on support services.
The ideal candidate will have a background that includes: –
Strong hands-on support skills in Microsoft, Cloud and network infrastructure
Leadership skills
Project Management skills (IT Infrastructure upgrades, etc)
Service Delivery knowledge (ITIL)
Wider knowledge of Vendor Management, Technology Planning, etc, ensuring technology services are delivered in a first-class manner and that they remain fit for purpose moving forwards
The role will be busy and varied.
The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background across Microsoft, Cloud, and wider infrastructure who would be interested in a role which combines hands-on and technical leadership skills.
Office based at first before moving into a hybrid capacity, they offer flexible working practices and a great benefits package.
